                The Promoter is Industrie Kids of 228 Pitt Street, Sydney, NSW 2000.

                Entry is open to international residents aged 17 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or any companies in the Promoter’s group of companies and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family includes spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister, or first cousin.

                The promotion commences at 8 am AEST on Thursday, 31st October 2024, and closes at midnight AEST on Sunday, 3rd November 2024 (“Promotional Period”). Winners will be contacted via email and announced on the 8th November 2024.

                The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

                Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. Multiple entries are permitted.

                How to Enter

                To enter, place an order on the Industrie Kids website during the Promotional Period. By entering, the entrant warrants that their entry:

                Judging

                The Competition is a game of chance. At the time and date specified above, each valid entry will be entered into a random selection process. Four winners will be randomly chosen to receive a refund for the value of their order. The promoter’s decision will be final and binding, and no correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into.

                Winners will be announced via email and contacted directly with details for their prize. If a winner does not accept their prize within 14 days of receiving the email notification, they forfeit the prize, and the Promoter may, at its discretion, award the prize to another eligible entrant.

                Prize

                The prize consists of the chance to win 1 of 4 refunds for the value of your order. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

                General

                If this promotion is interfered with in any way or cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to disqualify any entrant or to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotion.

                Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image, and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photographs, films, and/or recordings) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration, for the purpose of promoting this promotion and any products manufactured, distributed, and/or supplied by the Promoter.

                The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Promoter.

                The laws of NSW apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
