        BUY 1 NEWPORT TEE, GET $10 OFF THE 2ND*

        • Offer applies when two Newport Long Sleeve or Short Sleeve Tees are purchased in the same transaction, either in-store or online.
        • Offer can be used multiple times in the same transaction, however, discount will only apply to every second Newport Tee purchased. Discount will be applied to the item that is equal or lesser in value. 
        • The $10 discount is applied to one item at checkout for online orders, while $5 will be reduced from each item in-store.
        • If an item from the qualifying purchase is returned, the promotion is forfeited.
        • In the event of a return online, the refund will be adjusted to reflect the discount:
          • If one item is returned, the refunded amount will be the purchase price of that item minus the $10 discount applied.
          • If both items are returned, the full purchase amount will be refunded.

          WELCOME OFFER

          • Discount code entitles subscribed customer to receive 10% off their first online order when spending $100 or more on full price items.
          • Discount code is valid for single use only, with no expiration date.
          • Discount does not apply to sale items or gift card purchases.
          • You must apply the discount code at the checkout to receive the discount on valid items in your order. INDIE KIDS has no obligation to advise customer of an incomplete or otherwise non-compliant order.
          • Only one (1) discount code can be applied to a single order.
          • The promotion cannot be applied to an order that has been completed, nor can the relevant discount code and discount be applied to an invalid order.
          • If items from the order are returned and your order no longer meets the spend level required for the promotion, all remaining items will be charged at their listed price at the time of purchase. 

          FREE GIFT WITH PURCHASE*

          • From time to time, a free gift may be automatically added to your cart without any additional cost, only once over the given threshold.
          • If there is a choice of free gift, it is up to the customer to select the correct size/colour etc of gift. Gift cannot be exchanged or refunded.
          • Offer not valid for any cart under the given threshold (including any discount or sale prices applied).
          • INDUSTRIE has no obligation to advise customer of an incomplete or otherwise non-compliant order.
          • If item is removed from cart, the free gift will not apply. 
          • Offer not valid with discount codes that apply to the whole order, for example welcome codes or spin and win offers.

          SALE

          • Sale products can be identified by the red SALE flag on the product image, visible on the collection page.
          • No discount code require – hard markdowns shown on valid Sale styles.
          • Sale items are returnable in line with our standard Returns policy. Item must have swing tag attached, unwashed and unworn. Refund cannot be granted if the tag is removed or in a non-resalable condition.
